Je ne compte plus les voyages avec eux. À la liste précédente s’ajoutent la Sicile, New York et le Japon.
Cette fois-ci, je reviens d’un road trip en Harley et 4x4 au Maroc. À huit. Nous avons tout eu du B&B improbable à Tafraoute au palace à Marrakech, cols de l’Atlas, Anti Atlas. Que des conseils de malade que ce soit les itinéraires ou les bonnes adresses. Cahier des charges compliqué, logistique compliquée et le tout à été délivré sans accrocs dans un budget serré.
J’adore leur approche. Pas un télé opérateur qui vend des produits, c’est comme un ami qui aurait vécu sur place.
(Revue 2023) Vialala nous a fait découvrir Cuba, l’Ecosse, Montréal et bientôt le Botswana. A chaque fois ils ont été au top. La grosse différence c’est le niveau de personnalisation qui avoisine un service de conciergerie. On ne s’arrête pas à un programme avec eux. Si le temps change et que telle activité n’est plus possible, leur trip planner est là pour revoir le programme. Si on a besoin d’un service logistique ou d’un conseil pour un resto une fois sur place c’est pareil. Franchement une super formule. Merci

Nous avons fait appel aux services de VIALALA et Valérie Cormier pour l'organisation d'un roadtrip Angleterre/Pays de Galles. Nous sommes très satisfaits du choix des hotels et B&B, et les distances à parcourir entre 2 étaient bien ajustées. Belles vacances.

Pour la première fois, nous avons confié l'organisation de notre voyage. Vialala (Natacha) a su répondre à nos demandes, adapter le programme, trouver les bons compromis pour notre séjour de 15 jours aux USA (plusieurs villes de la côte est).
Surtout, c'est un réel accompagnement, avec des propositions de visites auxquelles nous n'aurions pas forcément pensé, des précisions sur des monuments ou des lieux que nous souhaitions connaître.
Natacha est super professionnelle, à l'écoute (on s'est retrouvé à la porte d'un logement, elle a tout débloqué en moins de 30 mn!) même de l'autre côté de l'océan. L'application vialala permet d'avoir tous les liens (hôtels, achat de tickets de métro, transports, monuments, etc), les plans (des villes, des métros, des trajets), le programme en un clin d'oeil.
Je recommande vraiment si vous souhaitez du sur mesure et des personnes à l'écoute et force d'idées!
