Nous sommes passés par vialala pour l'organisation d'un week-end a Amsterdam pour nos 10 ans de mariage, Laura nous a concocté un magnifique séjour, visite de la fabrique des lumières, du troppenmiseum, une croisière sur les canaux de la ville, et avec plein de super conseils et visites pour notre temps libre comme le Straat ou le UPside museum. L'hôtel était incroyable avec un accès piscine et SPA, et une magnifique vue.
Seul petit couac, notre vol de retour a été annulé à l'heure de l'embarquement... Mais là, agréable surprise vialala m'a directement contactée quand ils ont eu l'info en même temps que moi, j'ai été dirigée dans l'aéroport pour trouver le comptoir de ma compagnie, mon vol a été changé, un hôtel réservé et la personne que j'ai eu au téléphone m'a même envoyé mon itinéraire pour l'hôtel, enregistré mon nouveau vol, le tout en m'expliquant clairement ce qui allait se passer et ce que nous devions faire, bref nous avons été accompagnés et rassurés, jusqu'à notre retour en France où ils se sont assurés que nous soyons bien rentrés et où nous allons encore faire les dernières démarches envers la compagnie aérienne avec leur aide. Bref merci de nous avoir évité une belle panique!
