Terms of Participation in Competitions

1. Contests and organizing company
 

The online contests "2 plane tickets to Porto with Vialala" and "1 plane ticket to Porto with Vialala" are organized by Vialala SAS, whose headquarters are located at 5 rue Molière – 75001 Paris – Registered with the RCS of Paris under number 813 466 588. Participation in the contests is exclusively subject to the following conditions of participation.
 

2. Participation

2.1 The contests are open to anyone aged at least 18 years old. Employees of Vialala SAS, as well as their family members, are not allowed to participate.

2.2 Participation in the contests is exclusively possible from May 7 to May 14, 2024, at 11:59 PM. Participation in the contests is free. A drawing will be conducted to determine the winner of each of the two prizes.

2.3 To participate in the contests, the participant must fulfill at least one of the following two options:

• Option 1: Follow the Instagram accounts @vialala_official and @voyagesavotreimage, like the post presenting the contest and tag another user in the comments. Sharing in a story is optional. The number of entries is unlimited.
   
• Option 2: Indicate in a comment under the Facebook post presenting the contest that they wish to participate. Sharing the post is optional.

3. Procedure of contests and delivery of prizes

3.1 Only the prizes described in more detail below will be drawn:

3.1.1 A prize of two round-trip plane tickets for the contest "2 plane tickets to Porto with Vialala" :
Outbound flight operated by EasyJet N° EJU7712: departure Wednesday, May 29, 2024, at 9:35 PM from Lyon (Saint Exupéry Airport) arriving in Porto (Francisco Sá Carneiro Airport) Wednesday, May 29, at 10:45 PM (local time).
Return flight operated by EasyJet N° EJU4430: departure Sunday, June 02, 2024, at 2:30 PM (local time) and arrival in Lyon (Saint Exupéry Airport) on June 02, 2024, at 5:00 PM (local time).
15 kgs of checked luggage - Value of the ticket: €400 excl. VAT for a round-trip ticket per person.
